At this event, co-organized by UMI 4.0 and the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), Ms. He Xin as the Managing Partner of UMI 4.0 gave the Keynote Speech about practical recommendations for M&A transactions in Germany. Afterwards high-ranking participants discussed specific M&A opportunities and shared their personal experiences in cross-border transactions.

Invited by the Foundry Association, German and Chinese experts of UMI 4.0 presented selected German target companies to Chinese investors in the foundry industry.

UMI 4.0´s M&A-experts held a workshop for selected Chinese investment companies in Munich. Starting with hands-on information on M&A processes and best practice, followed by the presentation of potential target companies, the workshop ended with two hours of one-on-one matchmaking talks.

Invited by CIPA Germany, UMI 4.0 presented select German automotive target companies as well as best practice tips on M&A in Germany to high-profile Chinese research and industry delegates.

UMI 4.0's Matchmaking conference allows investors to learn about M&A opportunities in German key industries, such as automotive, capital goods, environmental technology and renewable energy.
